One honest limit: a few city portals only let the permit holder of record book inspections. If yours is one of them, we don’t stop there — we pre-stage everything for you (permit number, the exact call script, and the exact clicks in the portal) and walk you through it until the inspection is booked.

A trade is a type of work (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire, sign): one permit can cover several trades, and we count trades, not paperwork, so you never pay twice for one permit covering multiple trades. Plan-review work — including structural, fire-rated construction, and change of use — follows the $250-per-permit Complex path.

City permit fees are separate and paid by you directly to the City. The PermitsPros service fee is earned when we submit the application and is non-refundable after submission. Complex service includes filing plus one correction round; each additional resubmittal round is $125, quoted in writing before we resubmit — never a surprise charge.
